Overview
Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Lead Barista to oversee Starbucks operations in Woodlyn. You'll ensure order accuracy and efficient delivery while modeling Starbucks and Gopuff standards.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment, ideally in food and beverage operations. You understand the importance of customer service and are committed to delivering an exceptional Starbucks Experience. You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively delegate tasks to your team, ensuring smooth operations during your shifts.
You are familiar with operational standards and best practices in the food service industry. You have a keen eye for detail and can maintain high levels of order accuracy while managing a team. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members is essential to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Starbucks location within Gopuff. You will assist the Site Leader in executing store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will deploy baristas and delegate responsibilities to create a positive and productive work environment.
Your role will involve monitoring the performance of your team, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all products meet Starbucks' quality standards. Your leadership will contribute to the overall success of the store and enhance the customer experience.
