What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice while resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and well-organized manner, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Compliance with FIFO practices will be essential in managing waste and spoilage. You will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, and you should be prepared to walk several flights of steps as needed.
