You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a diverse team, ensuring that everyone is engaged and focused on delivering a perfect experience for customers. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, which help you navigate challenges and resolve conflicts effectively. Your ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment makes you a valuable asset to any team. You have a proven track record of being a change agent, continuously improving processes and efficiencies to enhance operations.
What you'll do
As the Site Leader I at Gopuff, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems. You will lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring that they are motivated and aligned with the company's goals. Your role will require you to be available during peak hours of operation, including evenings and weekends, to support the facility as needed. You will drive improvements to key performance indicators, ensuring that the territory's success rests on your shoulders. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and customer-first mentality within the team.
