What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders while keeping the sales floor and overall facility clean and organized. Additionally, you will handle waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices and contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will also involve using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely and efficiently.
