You possess a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which aids in your daily tasks. You are adaptable and can work a fluid schedule, making yourself available during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your positive attitude and teamwork skills make you a valuable addition to the Gopuff operations team.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice. In addition, you will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility. You will also handle waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are managed efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and handling, scanning, and moving products in a safe and well-organized manner. You will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products effectively. Your role may require you to stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts, demonstrating your physical capability to meet the demands of the job.
