Your attention to detail ensures that you manage inventory accurately and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Additionally, you will manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role may involve contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
