You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on various operations responsibilities, including picking, packing, and receiving products. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to contribute to the success of Gopuff's operations team.
You possess the ability to manage inventory effectively and ensure that all products are handled safely and organized. You are comfortable working with various equipment, such as pallet jacks and carts, and can lift up to 49 pounds. Your attention to detail helps you maintain compliance with FIFO practices and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of Gopuff. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
You will work closely with partner drivers to ensure timely deliveries and communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift, including working in freezer locations periodically. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you may be required to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
