Your ability to work a fluid schedule, including peak shifts, demonstrates your flexibility and commitment to the role. You are comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and are ready to tackle the physical aspects of the job, such as lifting up to 49 pounds and working in various conditions, including freezer locations.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items will be essential to maintaining customer satisfaction. You will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and organized manner, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to facilitate the movement of products. Your role may also involve preparing quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to the overall customer experience.
