You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items throughout your shift, ensuring that operations run smoothly. You are also comfortable working with various equipment such as pallet jacks and carts. While experience in operations is a plus, your willingness to learn and adapt is what truly sets you apart.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure that stock levels are maintained. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and customers. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, demonstrating your commitment to customer service. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations and manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you may be required to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
