Your ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, will be essential in meeting the operational needs of Gopuff. What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Your attention to detail will be vital as you manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders, keeping the sales floor and overall facility clean and organized.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. Your role will involve contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction. You will handle, scan, and move products in a well-organized manner, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to facilitate the movement of products.

In addition to these responsibilities, you may work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to take on various tasks. Your ability to stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts will be essential in fulfilling the physical demands of the role. You will also prepare quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to the overall customer experience at Gopuff.
