You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you manage tasks efficiently. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts. Your attention to detail ensures that you handle products safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies that arise.

You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, ensuring that the sales floor is clean and organized. Compliance with FIFO practices will be essential as you manage waste and spoilage. You will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring excellent customer service.

In addition to these tasks, you will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and well-organized manner. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically, and you will need to be comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking for the duration of your assigned shift.
