You are comfortable working with inventory management and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that physical inventory counts match purchase orders. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and you are proactive in managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items is essential in this role.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will report directly to a Site Leader and play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

You will handle, scan, and move products safely and in an organized manner, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, and you should be prepared to lift up to 49 pounds as needed. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
