You possess a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which aids in your daily tasks. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items up to 49 pounds throughout your shift. Your flexibility allows you to adapt to different schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that you are available during peak shifts.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items will be part of your duties, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a priority. You will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and organized manner, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies.

Working in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts will be required, and you will need to be capable of walking several flights of steps throughout the day. Your role will also involve preparing quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to the overall customer experience at Gopuff.
