Gopuff is hiring an Operations Associate to join their operations team in Orlando. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and managing inventory while ensuring a smooth operation. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work flexible hours.

You are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on various operational responsibilities. You possess a strong work ethic and are ready to contribute positively to the team. Your enthusiasm for challenges and ability to adapt to changing situations make you a great fit for Gopuff. You are comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment, and you understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You are also capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will work closely with partner drivers to ensure timely deliveries and will communicate with customers regarding any substitutions or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to be flexible with your schedule, as you may need to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
