What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and invoices, resolving any discrepancies that arise.

You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You will occasionally work in freezer locations and may need to contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
