You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which helps you manage tasks efficiently. You are flexible with your schedule and can work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also be tasked with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace. Additionally, you will manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will involve contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and handling products safely and efficiently. You will use equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products around the facility, ensuring that everything is in order for smooth operations.
