You have the ability to work a fluid schedule and are available during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You are comfortable standing and walking for the duration of your assigned shift and can lift up to 49 pounds. Your attention to detail ensures that you manage inventory effectively and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will pick and pack items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily tasks, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle, scan, and move products safely and in an organized manner, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role may also involve preparing quality beverages and food menu items, ensuring that all products meet Gopuff's standards. You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, and you will communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
