What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will work closely with partner drivers and communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to stand, walk, and move products throughout your shift, using equipment such as carts and pallet jacks. You will also prepare quality beverages and food menu items as needed.
