You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which helps you manage tasks efficiently. Your physical capabilities allow you to lift up to 49 pounds and navigate various work environments, including freezer locations. You are committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all operational tasks are completed with attention to detail.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and well-organized manner, adhering to strict compliance with FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage. Additionally, you will contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Your role will require you to stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts, utilizing carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to move products effectively.
