You are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess a strong work ethic and are eager to take on various operational responsibilities. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm for challenges make you a great fit for the Gopuff team. You are comfortable working with a variety of products and can handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving items safely. You are also adaptable, able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle customer communications regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a high level of service.
