You possess the ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts. Your attention to detail ensures that you manage inventory effectively and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of Gopuff. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and ensuring that inventory counts match purchase orders. You will also manage the re-shelving of canceled orders and maintain compliance with FIFO practices to minimize waste and spoilage.

You will work closely with partner drivers to facilitate smooth operations and communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to handle products safely and efficiently, utilizing equipment such as carts and pallet jacks. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility to create a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
