What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will also manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they receive the best possible service. You will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and well-organized manner, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your ability to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts will be essential, as will your capability to walk several flights of steps throughout the day. You will also prepare quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to the overall customer experience.
