You are also flexible with your schedule, willing to work during peak shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which aids in your efficiency and effectiveness in the role. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and you are committed to following FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items is a key asset in ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and well-organized manner, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role may also require you to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, so being comfortable in varying environments is essential. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing customers with their everyday essentials, and your contributions will help reshape the world of retail.
