What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, as well as maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled in a safe and well-organized manner. Additionally, you will contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically, and you will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products efficiently.
