You possess the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds during your shifts. Your attention to detail ensures that you can accurately manage inventory and resolve discrepancies effectively. You are also open to working in different environments, including freezer locations, as needed.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and ensuring that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders. You will also manage the re-shelving of canceled orders and maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and throughout the facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. Your role will require you to communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely and effectively.
