Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively makes you a valuable team member. You are physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods and can lift up to 49 pounds. You are flexible with your schedule and can work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desirable

While not required, having a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, is a plus. You are open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes as needed.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will interact with customers to handle substitutions or out-of-stock items and will use various equipment, such as carts and pallet jacks, to move products safely and efficiently.
