What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and invoices, resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices.

You will also handle customer communications regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that their needs are met. Your role will require you to use various equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely and efficiently. You will be expected to maintain a high level of organization and safety while performing your duties, contributing to a positive work environment.
