Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on challenges. Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively makes you a valuable team member. You are physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 49 pounds, and navigating various tasks throughout your shift. You are adaptable and can work a fluid schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized sales floor and facility, manage waste and spoilage, and handle products safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items and preparing quality beverages and food menu items as needed.
