What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will pick and pack items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that every order is fulfilled accurately. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, checking that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order. You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, keeping the sales floor and overall facility clean and organized. Your role will also involve handling, scanning, and moving products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies.

You will be expected to stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during your shifts, demonstrating your physical capability to handle the demands of the job. Additionally, you will prepare quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to the overall customer experience. Your flexibility will be key, as you may need to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
