What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will also manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. Your role will involve contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items, and you will be responsible for handling, scanning, and moving products in a well-organized manner. You will use equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products, and you may work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts.
