You understand the importance of organization and cleanliness in a retail environment, ensuring that the sales floor and facility are well-maintained. You are also adaptable, able to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, and work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts. Your role will also involve managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a smooth communication process.
