You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on challenges. Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively makes you a valuable team member. You are physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, lifting, and moving products throughout your shift. You are adaptable and can handle a fluid schedule, including peak shifts during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will interact with customers to handle substitutions or out-of-stock items, and you will use various equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to move products safely and efficiently.
