Your ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrates your commitment to the role and the team.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items will be part of your duties, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a priority. Handling, scanning, and moving products safely and efficiently will be essential, as will using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to facilitate product movement.

Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically, and you should be prepared to walk several flights of steps throughout the day. You will also have the opportunity to prepare quality beverages and food menu items, adding variety to your responsibilities. Overall, your contributions will help Gopuff maintain its reputation for providing everyday essentials to customers, day and night.
