What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will also handle waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are managed efficiently. Your role will involve contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and handling, scanning, and moving products safely and in an organized manner. You will be expected to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts and be capable of walking several flights of steps during the day.
