Desirable

While not required, having a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, would be beneficial. Being available during peak shifts and having the ability to lift up to 49 pounds are also advantageous traits for this position.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and invoices, resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will also handle customer communications regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that all products are handled safely and efficiently.
