What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will pick and pack items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory count aligns with the purchase order. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. Your role will involve contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing excellent service and communication.

In this position, you will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely. You should be prepared to work in various conditions, including freezer locations, and be capable of lifting up to 49 pounds. Flexibility in your schedule is important, as you may be required to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
