What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will require you to handle products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to move items as needed. You will be expected to communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a high level of service.
