You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, which contributes to the overall efficiency of the operations team.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and ensuring that physical inventory counts match purchase orders. You will also manage the re-shelving of canceled orders and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. Your role will require you to contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, demonstrating your commitment to customer service. Additionally, you will handle, scan, and move products using various equipment, including carts and pallet jacks, while adhering to safety protocols.
