Your attention to detail helps you resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and ensures that customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You are adaptable and can work a fluid schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that arise. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically, and you will need to be comfortable handling products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol. You will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with their orders.
