You are comfortable with physical tasks and can lift up to 49 pounds, ensuring that you can handle the demands of the job. You are also flexible with your schedule, available during peak shifts, and ready to adapt to the needs of the business.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, keeping the sales floor and overall facility clean and organized. You will handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, and work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts. Your role will require you to stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during your shifts, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products efficiently.
