Job Description
Who you are
You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a diverse team, fostering engagement and development among Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to resolve conflicts effectively and maintain a positive team atmosphere. Your ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment is crucial, as you will be responsible for overseeing operations during peak hours, including evenings and weekends. You have a proven track record of being a change agent, continuously improving processes and efficiencies to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As the Site Leader I at Gopuff, you will plan, direct, and be accountable for all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment oversight. You will lead a local team, ensuring that they are hyper-focused on delivering a perfect experience for customers.
