Gopuff is hiring an Operations Associate to join their operations team in Bethlehem, PA. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and managing inventory while ensuring a smooth operation. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work flexible hours.

You are a driven individual with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on various operational responsibilities. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to contribute to the success of Gopuff's operations team.
You have the ability to work a fluid schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts. You are comfortable working in different environments, including freezer locations, and are ready to adapt to the demands of the job.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Gopuff's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices.
You will work closely with partner drivers to ensure timely deliveries and will communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You will be an essential part of a team that is dedicated to providing everyday essentials to customers, day and night.
