You are comfortable managing budgets and expenses, ensuring that the store's financial contributions are on target. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading diverse teams, including Assistant Managers and Sales employees.

Desirable

Experience in a similar retail environment is a plus, as is familiarity with payroll management and expense control. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with your team and customers alike.
