You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, which help you resolve conflicts and engage your team effectively. Your ability to adapt to changing environments is crucial, as you will be leading during peak hours and weekends. You have a proven track record of being a change agent, continuously improving processes and efficiencies within your team.
What you'll do
