What you'll do
As the Engagement Director at Govini, you will lead the deployment of Ark.ai, ensuring that our national security clients receive maximum value from our offerings. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing senior customer relationships, driving account expansion and growth. Your role will involve working closely with Implementation Teams to ensure customer success, rolling up your sleeves to tackle challenges alongside your team. You will leverage your domain expertise to understand and address the unique challenges faced by our clients, using Govini's capabilities to drive meaningful change in the Defense Acquisition process. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through project milestones and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
