Your experience includes overseeing deployment delivery from implementation to retention and expansion, ensuring that account strategies translate into long-term customer success. You are a domain and functional expert who understands the operating environments, priorities, and challenges of your clients. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally allows you to lead your team effectively, ensuring that you meet retention and expansion goals. You are passionate about the mission of Govini and leverage the company's offerings to drive meaningful change in the defense acquisition process.

What you'll do
As the Vice President of Engagement, you will oversee the deployment delivery within your accounts, ensuring that implementation leads to successful retention and expansion. You will work closely with your Engagement and Implementation teams to roll up your sleeves and ensure customer success, while also shaping the broader strategic direction of client delivery.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies that align with both immediate mission needs and long-term strategic goals. You will be accountable for account retention and expansion, ensuring that delivery success translates into long-term value for both the client and Govini. You will collaborate with various teams to drive focused execution and foster a culture of excellence.
