Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, particularly within the context of the US Government and Defense acquisition processes. Your experience includes driving software adoption and managing teams effectively, ensuring that user engagement is optimized through outcome-oriented initiatives. You understand the importance of building relationships with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, Data Science, and QA, to facilitate successful implementations.

You possess the ability to make responsible decisions in ambiguous settings, demonstrating a keen understanding of key performance metrics and how to assess them. Your experience in technical product implementation and user adoption is complemented by your skills in managing operational practices that track team performance and individual contributions. You are adept at navigating complex environments and are committed to delivering results that enhance retention and renewal rates.

What you'll do

In your role as Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing user engagement strategies across Govini’s SaaS user base. You will lead a team of Implementation Engineers, providing surge support for deployments and ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed effectively. Collaborating closely with Engagement Managers and Sales, you will align on account strategies, renewal forecasting, staffing plans, and identify account opportunities and risks.

You will play a crucial role in strengthening the product feedback loop, ensuring that insights from user interactions are communicated back to the Product Management team. Your responsibilities will include implementing operational practices that track the performance of your teams and individuals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will also be expected to travel approximately 50% of the time to client sites across the United States, ensuring that you are hands-on in supporting deployments and user engagement efforts.
