Collections Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have experience in billing operations and collections management, with a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes. You excel in optimizing workflows and driving efficiency in collections strategies, ensuring timely cash receipts and minimizing bad debt.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Legal. Your ability to build strong customer relationships is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Collections Manager, you will own the full accounts receivable aging process and lead the collections strategy for Grafana Labs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that collections processes are efficient and effective, directly impacting the company's cash flow.

You will analyze collections data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance the collections process. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
