What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients procured by Transactly, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of PLACE. You will provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals, managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Operating within Transactly's tech platform for task management and communication will be a key part of your daily responsibilities, as you keep transaction records and updates organized within Brivity, PLACE’s tech platform. Your proactive and professional communication with clients, agents, and co-op partners will be essential in fostering strong relationships and ensuring a seamless transaction process. You will also contribute insights and feedback to improve our platform, service model, and team culture, stepping confidently into an ownership mindset that reflects PLACE values.
