You have a strong background in field engineering, with experience in supporting technical sales and solution engineering teams. Your expertise in observability tools, particularly Grafana, allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can adapt to the fast-paced nature of the tech industry. Your ability to create compelling content and provide deep subject matter expertise enables you to support the sales process effectively. You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met through technical solutions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Field Engineer at Grafana, you will work closely with the Presales Solution Engineering team to provide the necessary tools and collateral for successful sales engagements. You will maintain backend systems that support the Solution Engineering team, ensuring they have the resources they need to close business effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with product and marketing teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.
You will also be responsible for creating content that showcases the capabilities of Grafana's observability tools, helping to educate both internal teams and clients. Your deep understanding of the Grafana LGTM Stack will enable you to provide expert guidance on how to implement and utilize these tools effectively. You will play a key role in scaling the Field Engineering team as the organization grows, contributing to the overall success of Grafana Labs.
